SJCOG is seeking an Administrative Technician. This position will provide technical administrative support by collecting, interpreting, entering, tracking and processing department information and responding to various inquiries and drafting responses; typing, printing, and distributing departmental correspondence, track and recording information and preparing reports, copying, scanning, and faxing documents, managing database, and administrative procurement activities. The Administrative Technician will provide specialized clerical, secretarial, and technical support and serve as the point of contact by phone, email, and/or area.
