  1. How do I purchase a ticket?

Open the Vamos Mobility app, tap on the EZ Hub button at the bottom right side of the screen, tap on Buy New, tap on the agency name, choose the ticket type and number of tickets, and pay with your default payment option.

 

  1. Can I purchase a ticket for someone else?

Tickets cannot be purchased for someone else at this time, as the Vamos Mobility app and in-app purchases are tied to the user’s email account.

 

  1. How do I get a Refund?

To receive a refund for any purchased ticket please contact the transit agency directly.
