Two public hearings are scheduled to be held. The first public hearing will be held on February 8, 2017at the San Joaquin Council of Governments Habitat Technical Advisory Committee Meeting at 9:30a.m. The second public hearing will be held on February 23, 2017 at the San Joaquin Council ofGovernments Board Meeting at 5:00 p.m. Both will be located at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton,CA, 95202.
