SJCOG Board
The San Joaquin Council of Governments, also the Local Transportation Authority that oversees and administers Measure K projects, is governed by a Board of Directors. The panel includes elected officials from Escalon, Lathrop, Lodi, Manteca, Mountain House, Ripon, San Joaquin County, Stockton and Tracy. There are also ex officio members from Caltrans District 10, San Joaquin Regional Transit District, and the Port of Stockton. The board welcomes input from the public and advisory committees, including the Citizens Advisory Committee, in developing regional transportation policies. Board meetings are open to the public and anyone can visit the Agenda Center to find agendas, meeting materials, and a link on the agenda to view the meeting live via Zoom. Recordings of meetings will be posted on SJCOG’s YouTube channel.
