Local Transit 

Escalon eTrans

Escalon eTrans provides door-to-door dial-a-ride service within the city and provides connection
to Riverbank. eTrans partners with San Joaquin County transit agencies to provide services
throughout the county via EZHub, a cashless mobile ticketing and fare payment system, 
available in the Vamos Mobility App. 
Escalon eTrans had 1,523 riders in Fiscal Year 2020-21.

The COVID-19 pandemic reduced ridership for all transit operators.

Ripon Blossom Express

Ripon’s Blossom Express connects riders throughout Ripon and provides local connections  
to regional transit service provider San Joaquin RTD. The Blossom Express partners with
San Joaquin County transit agencies to provide services throughout the county via EZHub,
a cashless mobile ticketing and fare payment system, available in the Vamos Mobility App.
The Blossom Express had 313 riders in Fiscal Year 2020-21.

Lodi Grapeline 

Lodi’s GrapeLine offers a quick, easy way to reach homes, community centers, doctor’s offices, 
schools and work. It offers several regular and express routes, a dial-a-ride service, and a 
centralized transit station at 24 S. Sacramento St. The GrapeLine partners with San Joaquin 
County transit agencies to provide services throughout the county via EZHub, a cashless 
mobile ticketing and fare payment system, available in the Vamos Mobility App. Lodi 
GrapeLine is part of Access San Joaquin to improve transportation services to seniors,
individuals with disabilities, and those living in outlying areas of the county. Lodi GrapeLine's
Dial-A-Ride and VineLine services had 9,488 riders in Fiscal Year 2020-21 and there were
83,564 riders on its fixed routes.
