Congestion Relief
State Route (SR) 99/Turner Road Interchange
Improvement Project
Lodi residents will see significant safety and access improvement along SR 99!
This project will reconstruct the Turner Road southbound on and off ramp to State
Route (SR) 99 and Cherokee Lane between East Turner Road and Pioneer Drive.
Also included in its design is signal improvements and the construction of a
roundabout at the intersection of South Cherokee Lane/SR 99 southbound off-ramp.

Congestion Relief & Mobility
SR-120 Union Road Interchange Project
The SR-120 Union Road Interchange Project will help in accommodating the City of
Manteca’s projected growth in employment, residential units, retail and commercial
development on the south side of the SR 120 corridor. This project will not only
improve existing congestion through its innovative diamond layout but will also provide
bike and walk amenities.

I-205 Lane Widening
As a major commuter and goods movement corridor, adding a High Occupancy Vehicle
(HOV) lane to I-205 will be a catalyst to improve efficiency, relieving congestion and
improving safety for thousands of motorists traveling between San Joaquin Valley to the
San Francisco Bay Area.
Congestion Relief
SR 99/120 Interchange Connector
Phase I complete! This included widening the connector from the eastbound bypass
to southbound, replacing the existing Austin Road over-crossing with a new bridge,
and relocating the current at-grade Woodward Avenue crossing of the railroad tracks
to reach Moffat Boulevard. As a transportation priority in San Joaquin County, this
project will vastly improve safety for the traveling public through upgraded bridges,
ramps additional lanes and signals.
