Notice of Availability: UTN 30-Day Public Comment Period

The San Joaquin Council of Governments, as the Regional Transportation Planning Agency (RTPA) and the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for San Joaquin County, is pleased to announce the availability of the initial draft of the FY 22-23 Unmet Transit Needs Assessment Report for public review and comment. The Unmet Transit Needs Assessment Report can be accessed at www.sjcog.org/UTN or viewed at the SJCOG office. The public comment period begins on May 4, 2022, and ends on June 4, 2022. Comments may be submitted to Joel G. Campos, Associate Regional Planner, at campos@sjcog.org or utn@sjcog.org. The SJCOG Board will vote on a resolution of the findings within the assessment on June 23, 2022.
