Project Delivery Committee
The Project Delivery Committee (PDC) is a subcommittee of the Board of Directors and its purpose is to recommend policies for implementing transportation programming recommendations, monitor project delivery from design through construction, and make recommendations on effective scope, cost, and schedule control of projects.

PDC meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of every month at 4:30 p.m. The meetings are open to the public. 

Meeting agenda packets can be found in our agenda center. Prior year's agendas can be viewed in our archive center.  Interested parties may subscribe to email notifications to receive updates regarding posted agendas or meeting notices. 

The PDC is comprised of five SJCOG Board members. Current members include: 
  • Councilmember Leo Zuber, City of Ripon
  • Mayor Steve DeBrum, City of Manteca
  • Mayor Jeff Laugero, City of Escalon
  • Councilmember Susan Lofthus, City of Stockton
  • Councilmember Steve Dresser, City of Lathrop
