SJCOG partners with the UOPs Center for Business and Policy Research to produce two publications for the San Joaquin region.  The Regional Spotlight is published quarterly and provides data and analysis of a variety of socio-economic issues relevant San Joaquin County. The Public Officials Directory is provided as a one-stop resource to access the names, addresses, phone and fax numbers for government institutions, officials, and important organizations that serve the San Joaquin County area. It contains contact information for federal, state, and local elected officials, water districts, school districts, chambers of commerce, media, and a number of other agencies. 

Measure K Annual Report 

Measure K Annual Report
Measure K is the half-cent sales tax dedicated to transportation projects in San Joaquin County. The Measure K Annual Report documents yearly progress on projects funded by the Measure K sales tax.

Public Participation Plan

The Public Participation Plan update is an important component of SJCOG’s effort to involve all members of the public in the evaluation and consideration of the agencies’ regional plans and programs. The plan was updated in April 2014 to incorporate the language requirements set forth by federal transit law and FHWA/FTA guidelines. 

2014-2040 Regional Transportation Plan & Sustainable Communities Strategy (Executive Summary)

2014-2040 RTP and SCS

On June 26, 2014, SJCOG adopted the 2014-2040 Regional Transportation Plan and Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP/SCS) for San Joaquin County. The RTP/SCS is the culmination of a multi-year effort involving stakeholders from across the SJCOG region. Referred to as "the Plan", it includes programs and projects from all member agencies including San Joaquin County and the cities of Escalon, Lathrop, Lodi, Manteca, Ripon, Stockton, and Tracy. 

The Executive Summary/ Sumario Ejecutivo (Español) provides an overview of the goals of the long-range plan, identifies key transportation investments to address the growing population in the regionand strategies to reduce traffic congestion and greenhouse gas emissions.

Overall Work Program

Overall Work Program
The Overall Work Program is a management tool identifying the tasks and products that SJCOG will undertake to deliver during the fiscal year. It also identifies the funding sources and staff resources necessary to complete the Overall Work Program.

Comprehensive Annual Financial Report

SJCOG's Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports give an overview of the agency's financial condition, including its assets, revenues, and liabilities. SJCOG is honored to have received the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting every year since 1999.

Horizons was a monthly e-newsletter produced by SJCOG that highlighted projects, programs, and events related to SJCOG and its member jurisdictions. It is no longer in publication but archived editions are still available for viewing.
