Associate Regional Planner$67,272 - $100,525, depending on qualifications. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, public policy, engineering, public administration or closely related field. Note: SJCOG is looking to fill the position at an entry-level or mid-level Associate. The position is responsible for supporting regional transportation planning work activities for San Joaquin County, which may range from comprehensive planning, bus and rail transit planning, air quality, congestion management, and performance monitoring. The successful candidate will develop staff reports and presentations for SJCOG's advisory committees and Board meetings, and engage in extensive involvement and consensus building with city and county local jurisdictions, other regional planning agencies, state/federal agencies, and the public.
